Pitching Bullpen Project Completed

The project to upgrade the pitching bullpens has been completed.  The project included stripping the bullpens, installing a heavy duty weed barrier, a layer of crusher dust, then a layer of shale.  Heavy duty edging was installed where required. 

Home plates and pitching rubbers will be installed in the spring so the bulllpens will be ready for use for the 2023 season.

The City of Regina provided partial funding for the project through their Community Investment Grant Program.

Thanks to the City of Regina for their continued support of the Regina Ladies Softball Association.  They are one of the partners we work with to enhance and maintain our diamonds at Douglas Park so that we can foster and promote excellence in ladies softball.
