2021 Umpire Webinar Series

Softball Canada is launching their webinar series for the 2021 season.  The webinars are free.

The next one is scheduled for Monday, February 22nd at 6:00 PM Regina time.  The theme is “the recipe for success” and includes a presentation by Emma Charlesworth-Seiler, one of two women working in Minor League Baseball 

There are two webinars scheduled for March.  The theme is Fitness and Self-Care: 

• Monday, March 8th at 6:00 PM Regina time. Trevor Topping, a fitness enthusiast, will be sharing some ideas and tips for how umpires can continue with their fitness at home. 
• Monday, March 22nd at 6:00 PM Regina time.  Dr. Amber Mosewich, an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport and Recreaton at the University of Alberta will discuss the role of psychological factors in sport, along with strategies to optimize your performance and well-being.
